Prof. Dr. Emre Gökyayla is a specialist in Turkish law of obligations, copyright law, construction law, property law and family law. He has acted as sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and the president in numerous ad hoc and administered international arbitral proceedings under the ISTAC and TOBB arbitration rules.
Prof. Dr. Gökyayla is particularly experienced in disputes arising from construction contracts and copyright law.
Prof. Dr. Gökyayla advises Turkish and foreign clients in various aspect of Turkish civil law.
Prof. Dr. Gökyayla is the Head of Department of the Civil Law Department of the Faculty of Law at Bahcesehir University and part-time professor at Galatasaray University Faculty of Law.
Prof. Dr. Gökyayla regularly contributes as speaker or moderator in conferences on Turkish civil law, copyrihgt law, construction law.
